Qualifications

• BS in Industrial engineering, Operations, Logistics or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Hardware Operations & Supply chain and at least 4 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Excellent analytical skills, experience with self-service BI reporting.
• Understanding of statistics, operation research and optimization of transportation networks.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Strong communication skills and effectively presents information to leaders, employees, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational activities and support business objectives with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
• Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, logistics quality management, and transportation optimization.
• Oversee daily fulfillment of customer shipments with third-party logistics providers.
• Coordinate planning, production, shipping, and procurement to meet order requirements and on-time delivery.
• Develop and improve end-to-end supply chain policies and procedures.
• Plan and implement material flow management systems to meet production needs.
• Collaborate with sales, order management, accounting, customer support, and quality teams.
