Training emphasizes DOT compliance and driver regulatory adherence. Responsibilities include fleet optimization, KPI reporting, and coordinating with drivers, carriers, and customers to resolve issues while supporting payroll, budgets, and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field; or 1 year managerial/transportation experience with a high school diploma.
• Willingness to travel to account locations when applicable.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Willingness to relocate regionally depending on account assignment.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain positive relationships with drivers and carriers to ensure seamless new carrier set-up and productivity.
• Fill in for absent personnel and support fleet optimization projects.
• Learn to manage driver training and orientation.
• Balance equipment and optimize fleet operations, measure KPIs, and present reporting.
• Assign loads, plan routes, and monitor freight movements to meet customer requirements.
• Learn to work with drivers, customers, and company personnel to resolve service issues as they arise.
• Open to working nights and/or weekends; open to relocation after 1-6 month program.
