Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain relationships with drivers and carriers for seamless setup.
• Fill in for absent personnel and on special projects to optimize fleet operations.
• Train drivers and staff in internal and customer systems.
• Analyze and present customer-specific reporting and financial analysis.
• Manage inventory, assets, and driver assignments to balance equipment in markets.
• Assist with payroll, budgets, driver counseling, and invoicing where needed.
