Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain with emphasis on production planning, material planning or master scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems; familiarity with Oracle is a plus.
• Working knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory management.
• Comfort operating as both a lead-level individual contributor and a people leader, with ability to mentor and oversee small teams.
• Strong cross-functional communication and ability to partner with production, engineering, and finance stakeholders.
