Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States (Quonset, RI) is seeking a Manager of Supply Chain to lead production and material planning for the Maritime Undersea Dominance line. The role blends hands-on execution with team oversight to maintain schedule integrity and drive procurement and warehousing coordination.

You will own master scheduling, demand planning, and daily battle rhythm, while partnering with finance, legal, and engineering to keep operations aligned.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain experience with emphasis on production planning, material planning, or master scheduling.
• Experience in demand and supply planning processes and keeping production informed.
• Hands-on with ERP/MRP systems; familiarity with Oracle is a plus.
• Know-how in procurement, supplier management, and inventory management.
• Experience leading teams or mentoring others is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own production planning and material planning for the Quonset site, as the central point for master scheduling and demand/supply planning.
• Manage day-to-day tactical planning rhythm and ensure visibility into upcoming needs.
• Maintain data accuracy across ERP/production systems and ensure on-floor reality reflects system data.
• Collaborate with Head of Production on daily cadence, reports, and site operations.
• Identify planning gaps and build toward scalable planning functions and future hiring.
• Oversee PO status across procurement and triage issues promptly.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance and inventory health, escalating shortages as needed.
