Anduril Industries is seeking a Supply Planner to own the supply and production strategy for complex hardware assemblies. You will set the supply plan to support demand signals, manage inventory strategy, and coordinate with Demand Planning, Production PM, and Manufacturing to ensure on-time ship dates.

The role requires ownership across a fast-paced manufacturing value chain, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to resolve supply gaps.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain or production in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Ownership of a complex value chain coordinating multiple departments.
• Strong analytical capabilities to model and identify supply shortfalls.
• Proactive with responsibility across functions, focused on speed and accuracy.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite) and CRM (Salesforce).
• Proficient in Slack/Teams and Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and relocate onsite to Irvine, CA.

Aufgaben

• Lead S&OP discussions for Supply Planning on designated product lines.
• Align production throughput with demand plans with partners.
• Own end-to-end supply and production plans for assigned assemblies.
• Set inventory strategy including safety stock and lead times.
• Sequence build schedules and allocate constrained material.
• Protect annual planning commitments and customer ship dates.
• Drive recovery with cross-functional partners when supply breaks.
• Report on supply and material health with actionable recommendations.
