Anduril Industries in Rhode Island is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain to join our Quonset team. You will lead master scheduling, demand planning, procurement triage, and warehouse coordination for the Maritime Undersea Dominance line, blending hands-on work with team oversight.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing supply chain, strong ERP/MRP experience (Oracle preferred), and excellent cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain with emphasis on production or master scheduling.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems; Oracle familiarity is a plus.
• Strong cross-functional communication and ability to mentor small teams.

Responsabilités

• Own production planning and material planning for the Quonset site, serving as central point for master scheduling and demand/supply planning.
• Lead the day-to-day tactical planning rhythm with clear visibility of what is coming and what is needed.
• Maintain data accuracy across Oracle (supply) and Forge/Foundry (production) systems and ensure floor reality is reflected.
• Partner with Head of Production on daily cadence, battle rhythm, and operational reporting.
• Identify planning gaps and scale planning functions over time, including future hiring needs.
• Oversee PO status across procurement and triage issues efficiently.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance and escalate shortages to Production Support Engineers.
• Provide on-site procurement support including facilities-related purchases and miscellaneous materials.
• Mentor materials and warehouse ops at Quonset and align inventory management with site priorities.
• Act as connective tissue between operations teams to align inventory, material flow, and warehouse priorities.
