Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Supply Planner to support high-volume production on a dedicated program. You will generate purchase requisitions and manufacturing work orders, run CTB analyses, and flag shortages to keep the schedule on track.

You will own day-to-day supply signals, ensuring Purchasing and Manufacturing have what they need when they need it. You will collaborate with the Production Scheduler, Warehouse, and cross‑functional teams to maintain material readiness, escalate

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply planning, material planning, or production planning.
• Hands-on experience creating purchase requisitions, work orders, and CTB analyses in an ERP/MRP system.
• Experience managing a high volume of transactional planning activities in a fast-paced production environment.
• Experience identifying material constraints and driving timely escalation and resolution with cross-functional partners.
• Familiarity with government-furnished material management and FAR guidelines is a plus.
• Exposure to AS9100 or similar quality management systems and Lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute CTB reviews against BOMs for scheduled production; identify parts needing expediting and shortages.
• Create and manage high volumes of purchase requisitions and generate/manag e manufacturing work orders.
• Coordinate with Production Scheduler and Warehouse on prestaging, picking, and kitting requirements; maintain material traceability.
• Ensure item master data, lead times, and reorder points in the ERP/MRP system are accurate; troubleshoot day-to-day MRP issues.
