Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain in Quonset to lead production and material planning for its Maritime Undersea Dominance line. You will own master scheduling, demand planning, and procurement triage, while coordinating with engineering, finance, and site leadership to keep operations aligned with strategic goals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing supply chain, strong ERP/MRP experience (Oracle preferred), and a track record of scaling planning functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain with production planning focus in manufacturing.
• Ability to manage demand and supply planning and keep teams informed.
• Hands-on with ERP/MRP systems; Oracle familiarity a plus.
• Strong procurement, supplier management, and inventory knowledge.
• Experience leading small teams and mentoring peers.

Responsibilities

• Own production and material planning for the Quonset site and master scheduling.
• Manage day-to-day tactical planning rhythm and provide visibility into needs.
• Maintain data accuracy across Oracle (supply) and Forge/Foundry (production).
• Collaborate with Head of Production on daily cadence and reporting.
• Identify gaps and help scale planning, including future hires.
• Oversee PO status, supplier delivery performance, and shortages escalation.
• Perform on-ground procurement for facilities and MRO needs.
• Provide light mentoring for materials and warehouse ops at Quonset.
• Coordinate with operations to align inventory, flow, and priorities.
