Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Supply Planner to own the supply and production strategy for complex hardware assemblies. You will shape what to build, in what quantity, and how far ahead, so annual commitments and ship dates are achievable.

You own the strategy that enables planning families to succeed. The role requires driving end-to-end supply plans, coordinating with Demand Planning, Production PM, and cross-functional partners in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a supply chain or production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment dealing with complex assemblies.
• Complete ownership of a complex value chain, coordinating between multiple departments to ensure on-time deliveries and quality.
• Strong analytical capabilities - create and analyze models to identify supply shortfalls.
• Proactive, able to take substantial responsibility across functions with speed and accuracy.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite) and CRM like Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead S&OP discussions for Supply Planning on designated product lines.
• Align production throughput and build plans with demand plans.
• Own end-to-end supply and production plan for assigned assemblies and lines.
• Set inventory strategy and production plan including safety stock and lead times.
• Sequence build schedules and allocate constrained material across programs.
• Protect annual planning commitments and customer ship dates, testing options when at risk.
• Drive recovery with cross-functional partners when supply breaks; coordinate sourcing and substitutions.
• Report on supply and material health with actionable recommendations.
