You will coordinate between production, warehouse, traffic, and customer care to ensure accurate inventories and timely fulfillment of orders, with backup duties for traffic scheduling.

Responsibilities include entering production orders, maintaining NAV records, planning transfers, coordinating samples and shipments, and ensuring smooth operations across

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication across departments

Responsibilities

• Enter production orders from the previous day and post finished goods.
• Monitor perpetual inventory and update NAV weekly.
• Process fill sheets and create/ review transfer orders.
• Attend the 7:30 AM production meeting (mandatory).
• Coordinate sample orders and communicate timelines to Customer Care.
• Print production orders and packing sheets, manage tank assignments.
• Post warehouse receipts and plan re-work inventory.
• Create and post transfer orders for material needs.
• Provide backup support for traffic/shipping scheduling.
