Job summary

Vickerstock, in partnership with a leading producer, is recruiting a Warehouse Coordinator to support receipt, storage and dispatch of materials. You will coordinate inbound deliveries, resolve supplier queries and maintain accurate stock records across the ERP system, contributing to inventory accuracy and on-time delivery.

The role requires experience in warehousing or logistics and proficiency with ERP and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, logistics or supply chain role, ideally in manufacturing.
• Experience using ERP systems such as Infor M3 or SAP.
• Understanding of inventory management, stock movements and cycle counts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound deliveries and bookings, checking delivery documentation and purchase orders and recording goods receipts on the ERP system.
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve delivery queries, shortages, damages and non-conforming goods, escalating issues that could affect production or customer deliveries.
• Maintain accurate ERP and warehouse records for stock movements, transfers and material locations.
• Support cycle counts and stock audits, investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor stock availability, flag potential shortages and ensure materials are stored correctly and clearly identified.
• Coordinate dispatch and transport requirements with carriers and logistics providers, supporting shipping and export documentation where required.
• Provide Procurement, Planning, Production and Customer Service teams with updates on stock availability and delivery schedules.
• Prepare warehouse reports and support monitoring of inventory accuracy, goods receipt accuracy, supplier delivery performance and dock-to-stock times.
• Contribute to projects that improve warehouse processes, operational efficiency and compliance with audit requirements.
• Follow health, safety and environmental procedures, maintain housekeeping standards and participate in safety audits and risk assessments.
