Responsibilities

• Accurately and promptly enter purchase orders from customers and sales representatives they support.
• Monitor deliveries, shipments, and inventory levels to ensure timelines and agreements.
• Provide timely customer service by managing inquiries and requests per service standards.
• Operate under regional guidelines, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives with the Coordination team to optimize processes.
