Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook).
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily order processing, scheduling, and logistics coordination
• Maintain consistent communication with customers and transportation subcontractors to ensure delivery efficiency
• Manage and coordinate relationships with 100+ transportation subcontractors
• Maintain and update Dispatch Optimization files to ensure ongoing accuracy
• Conduct market analysis to support operational decision-making
• Support the Logistics Supervisor with additional tasks and projects as needed
• Take ownership of decisions and assigned responsibilities, working effectively both independently and as part of a team, with good judgment, accountability, and transparency — recognizing when to ask for help or escalate
• Communicate confidently and professionally by phone and email, proactively identifying and flagging issues, delays, and operational concerns while presenting solutions
• Develop and retain strong operational knowledge, including customers, carriers, vendors, products, processes, and key contacts
