Job summary

Arclin USA LLC in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Learning and Enablement to design, develop, and deliver training programs that drive effective use of ERP and supply chain systems across the organization. You will own the learning strategy and partner with Supply Chain, Finance, IT and HR to support onboarding and system implementations.

The role develops curricula, facilitates instructor‑led and virtual training, measures training effectiveness, conducts audits, and supports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, operations, systems, training, or related functions.
• Minimum of 5 years of ERP experience with hands-on JD Edwards (JDE) and/or SAP experience.
• Experience developing and maintaining training content, job aids, and learning materials.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led and virtual training sessions.
• Experience supporting organizational change management, system implementations, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain role-based training materials and programs for ERP and supply chain systems.
• Create learning roadmaps for new hires and existing employees.
• Maintain training standards and governance.
• Ensure all materials reflect current system and process standards.
• Coordinate onboarding training programs.
• Deliver systems and process training to new employees.
• Assess trainee competency and readiness.
• Partner with managers to ensure onboarding completion.
• Support ERP implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop training and user adoption activities.
• Conduct training compliance audits.
