Job summary

Arclin is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Learning and Enablement in Alpharetta, GA to design, develop, and deliver training programs for ERP and supply chain systems across the organization. You will partner with Supply Chain, Finance, IT and HR to support onboarding, system implementations, continuous improvement, and organizational change efforts.

The role develops curricula, facilitates instructor-led and virtual training, measures training effectiveness, conducts audits, and supports

Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in supply chain, operations, systems, training, or related business functions.
Minimum of ERP experience with hands-on training or support"
Experience developing and maintaining training content, job aids, and learning materials

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain role-based training materials for ERP and supply chain systems.
Create learning roadmaps for new hires and existing employees.
Coordinate onboarding training programs and deliver systems training to new staff.
Assess trainee competency and readiness and partner with managers on onboarding.
Support ERP implementations and change management initiatives.
