Job summary

Arclin in Alpharetta, GA seeks an experienced Supply Manager to lead the supply planning function across multiple manufacturing sites. This role reports to the Director of Global Supply Chain Planning and requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and deep knowledge of S&OP/IBP processes in chemical manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certification is a strong plus.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply plans for materials across multiple sites.
• Align production with forecasted demand considering long lead times.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, quality, EH&S, and logistics to ensure material flow and compliance.
• Manage inventory targets balancing service levels, working capital, and production efficiency.
• Support S&OP, capacity planning, and long-range planning.
• Monitor and mitigate supply risks including shortages and regulatory changes.
• Lead use of planning tools to generate optimized plans and ensure data accuracy.
• Track KPIs like inventory turnover and days of inventory on hand.
• Lead and develop a team of supply planners and material planners.
