Job summary

Ford seeks an Analyst, Supply Chain Systems Digital Adoption & User Enablement to prepare buyers and suppliers for new supply chain systems, support go-live, and keep users learning after deployment. The role partners across Purchasing, IT, L&D, and Finance and emphasizes hands-on buyer experience to translate needs into practical tools.

You will enable adoption by delivering training, coaching, and user readiness activities while collaborating with global teams to maximize system value.

Qualifications

• Hands-on buyer experience and understanding of purchasing end-to-end processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical enablement for users.
• Experience working with IT, L&D, and finance groups.

Responsibilities

• Bridge purchasing, IT, and user communities to enable system adoption.
• Plan user readiness activities: assessments, communications, training, go-live support.
• Provide coaching and refresher sessions to sustain adoption.
• Develop training materials and self-service resources with SMEs.
• Train and communicate with suppliers on new systems and processes.
