Job summary

Arclin USA LLC is seeking an experienced Supply Manager in Alpharetta, GA to lead the supply planning function across multiple sites. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5–8 years of supply planning or production planning; leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of MRP, planning constraints, and safety/regulatory requirements for chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply plans across multiple sites for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Align production capabilities with forecast demand, considering long lead times and batch/campaign planning.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, quality, EH&S, and logistics to ensure material flow and compliance.
• Manage inventory targets balancing service, working capital, and efficiency; apply MTO/MTS strategies.
• Support S&OP with capacity planning and long-range scenarios; resolve supply gaps.
• Monitor risks like shortages and regulatory changes; lead KPI-driven improvements.
