Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or related transactional buying functions.
• Experience supporting Direct Materials, Indirect Procurement, or Logistics Procurement.
• Ability to process high-volume purchase requisitions and purchase orders in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of PO lifecycle, supplier coordination, and invoice exception resolution.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day transactional purchasing activities for Direct Materials, Indirect Spend, and Logistics.
• Manage purchase orders, supplier coordination, and ERP transactions with accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with Category Managers, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Accounts Payable.
• Resolve PO discrepancies, pricing variances, and late deliveries.
• Maintain procurement data, supplier records, and KPI reporting.
