Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement.
• Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Logistics or Procurement with training focus.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers comprehensive training programs for Supply Chain processes and tools.
• Collaborates with Supply Chain teams to assess skills and identify training needs and gaps.
• Develops and maintains training materials updated with industry standards and software updates.
• Designs mentorship and structured programs aligned with department goals and projects.
• Monitors training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics.
• Performs other related duties as required.
