Job summary

EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead end-to-end decision intelligence initiatives for clients, guiding teams through design, build and deployment of platforms like Aera or Palantir.

You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, oversee data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live support while collaborating with executives and stakeholders. Expect up to 50% travel to client sites or EY offices in the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of related work experience, or a graduate degree with four years of related work experience.
• Deep experience in supply chain management, analytics, or decision intelligence.
• Two to three years implementing decision intelligence or analytics solutions (Aera, Palantir).
• Experience with ERP solutions to manage supply chain processes.
• At least one full lifecycle implementation of a decision intelligence platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end decision intelligence implementations; manage estimation, initiation, planning, design, build and deployment.
• Document business requirements, system design, and transformation goals for supply chain projects.
• Analyze current-state processes and define future-state processes aligned with objectives.
• Oversee data migration activities ensuring data integrity for decision intelligence tools.
• Guide users and development teams on issues across planning, procurement, inventory and logistics.
• Configure decision intelligence apps and lead testing phases.
• Develop project documentation, including functional/technical docs, test scripts, and training materials.
• Lead training strategy and planning for user enablement and adoption.
• Provide post go-live support to ensure sustained performance and value realization.
• Manage resources and budgets; ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
• Lead teams in requirements, design, prototyping, testing, training and support procedures.
• Participate in program governance and change enablement activities.
• Support practice leadership with proposals, budgets and workplans; assist in business development.
• Travel as needed to support client engagements.
