Job summary

EY is hiring a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead teams delivering decision intelligence solutions for clients. You will optimize supply chain performance, engage executives, and contribute to practice development and sales activities.

Expect work across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics with frequent stakeholder collaboration. You will guide end-to-end implementations, manage data migrations, and lead training and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of related work experience in supply chain or analytics.
• 2–3 years implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions.
• Experience with ERP solutions (SAP S4, Oracle Fusion Cloud).
• At least one full lifecycle implementation of a decision intelligence platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end decision intelligence implementations (Aera, Palantir).
• Capture and translate business requirements for BI projects.
• Analyze current-state processes and design future-state flows.
• Oversee data migration from a supply chain perspective.
• Engage stakeholders across planning, procurement, inventory, logistics.
• Configure applications and lead testing phases.
• Develop project documentation and training materials.
• Lead training strategy for user enablement.
• Provide post-go-live support and value realization.
• Manage resources and budgets for delivery excellence.
• Guide teams through design, prototyping, testing and support.
• Participate in program governance and change enablement.
• Support business development through proposals and budgets.
• Travel as needed to support client engagements.
