EY seeks a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead teams delivering transformative decision intelligence solutions for clients. You will oversee end-to-end implementations, engage with executive stakeholders, and drive practice development to optimize supply chain performance.

Role includes data migration leadership, requirements capture, and post go-live support. Travel up to 50% and collaboration across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics are core parts of the job.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field required.
• Minimum of five years of related work experience (or four years with graduate degree).
• Deep experience in supply chain management, analytics, or decision intelligence platforms.
• Two to three years implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions (e.g., Aera, Palantir).
• Experience with ERP solutions (SAP S4, Oracle Fusion Cloud, etc.) to manage supply chain processes or analyze supply chain data.
• At least one full lifecycle implementation of a decision intelligence platform in the last 3 years.
• Ability to work in person at an EY office and/or client location up to 50% of the time.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end implementation of decision intelligence platforms (e.g., Aera, Palantir).
• Capture and translate business requirements and transformation goals.
• Analyze current-state supply chain processes and define future-state processes.
• Oversee data migration activities and ensure data readiness.
• Guide users and development teams on implementation issues across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Configure applications per requirements and lead testing phases.
• Develop project documentation and training materials to support adoption.
• Lead training strategy and user enablement.
• Provide post go-live support and value realization.
• Manage project resources and budgets to ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead teams through requirements, design, prototyping, testing, and go-live.
