EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead teams delivering transformative decision intelligence solutions for clients. You will optimize supply chain performance and engage executive stakeholders, contributing to practice development and sales activities.

Your leadership will foster an inclusive culture, guide project management, and drive value realization across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree with required work experience.
• Deep experience in supply chain management and analytics.
• 2–3 years implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions.
• Experience with ERP systems to manage supply chain processes.
• Recent full lifecycle implementation of a decision intelligence platform.

• Lead end-to-end decision intelligence implementations for supply chain.
• Capture business requirements and translate into system designs.
• Partner with clients to optimize current-state processes.
• Oversee data migration and ensure data integrity.
• Guide users and development teams across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Configure and test decision intelligence applications; develop documentation.
• Lead training strategy and post go-live support.
• Manage project resources and budgets; drive client satisfaction.
