EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead teams delivering decision intelligence solutions. You will drive transformation for clients, engaging with executives and shaping practice development.

You will guide data migration, testing, and change enablement while managing budgets and resources across multiple client engagements. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related work experience.
• Deep experience in supply chain management, analytics, or decision intelligence platforms.
• 2–3 years implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions (e.g., Aera, Palantir).
• Experience with ERP solutions (SAP S4, Oracle Fusion Cloud) to manage supply chain processes or perform supply chain analysis.
• At least one recent full lifecycle implementation of a decision intelligence platform within last 3 years.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end decision intelligence implementations with project estimation, initiation, planning, design, build, and deployment.
• Document business requirements and translate system design and transformation goals.
• Partner with clients to optimize current-state and define future-state supply chain processes.
