EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead teams delivering transformative decision intelligence solutions for clients. You will optimize supply chain performance, engage executive stakeholders, and drive practice development and sales activities.

You will oversee end-to-end implementations, document requirements, and guide teams through design, testing, and deployment. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; five years of related work experience, or four years with a graduate degree.
• Deep experience in supply chain management, analytics, or decision intelligence platforms.
• Two to three years of experience implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions (e.g., Aera, Palantir).
• Experience with ERP solutions (SAP S4, Oracle Fusion Cloud, etc.) to manage supply chain processes or perform supply chain analysis.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end decision intelligence implementations: manage project estimation, initiation, planning, design, build, and deployment.
• Document business requirements and translation for supply chain decision intelligence projects.
• Partner with clients to analyze current-state processes and define future-state workflows aligned with objectives.
• Oversee data migrations from a supply chain perspective and ensure data readiness for tools.
