Job summary

EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead teams delivering transformative decision intelligence solutions for clients across supply chain planning, procurement, inventory and logistics. You will manage end-to-end implementations, engage executive stakeholders, and contribute to practice development and sales efforts.

The role emphasizes leading teams, driving operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality project outcomes while traveling as needed to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree with related work experience.
• Deep experience in supply chain analytics or decision intelligence platforms.
• 2–3 years implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions.
• Experience with ERP solutions to manage supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end decision intelligence implementations (Aera, Palantir).
• Capture and translate business requirements for supply chain decisions.
• Analyze current-state processes and define future-state improvements.
• Oversee data migration and ensure data readiness.
• Engage stakeholders across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Configure and test decision intelligence applications; develop QA/test scripts.
• Produce project documentation and training materials; enable change management.
• Lead training strategy and user enablement post-implementation.
• Provide post go-live support and ensure value realization.
• Manage project resources and budgets; drive delivery excellence.
• Mentor junior team members and lead cross-functional teams.
• Support program governance and business development activities.
• Travel to client sites as needed.
