EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead end-to-end implementations, manage requirements, and optimize client supply chains. You will work with executive stakeholders, guide teams, and contribute to practice development and sales efforts.

The role emphasizes leadership in decision intelligence initiatives, data migration, and post-go-live support, with travel up to 50% of engagements and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Five years of related work experience, or a graduate degree with four years of experience.
• Deep experience in supply chain management, analytics, or decision intelligence platforms.
• Two to three years implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions (e.g., Aera, Palantir).
• Experience working with ERP solutions to manage supply chain processes or analysis.
• At least one full lifecycle implementation of a decision intelligence platform in the last 3 years.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end decision intelligence implementations for clients, including estimation, planning, design, and deployment.
• Document business requirements, system design, and transformation goals.
• Analyze current-state processes and define future-state processes aligned with objectives.
• Oversee data migration activities ensuring data integrity.
• Engage stakeholders and guide teams on SI solutions across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Configure decision intelligence applications and lead testing phases.
• Develop project documentation and training materials to support adoption.
• Lead training strategy to ensure user enablement and adoption.
