Job summary

EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead teams delivering transformation projects for clients. You will manage end-to-end implementations of decision intelligence platforms, coordinate with executives, and drive process improvements across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with high-performing teams, and developing solutions that deliver measurable business value. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, CS, engineering or supply chain.
• 5+ years of related work experience, or 4 years with a graduate degree.
• Deep experience in supply chain, analytics, or decision intelligence.
• 2–3 years implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions (e.g., Aera, Palantir).
• Experience with ERP solutions (SAP S4, Oracle Fusion Cloud) in supply chain processes.
• At least one full lifecycle implementation of a decision intelligence platform.
• Experience in relevant industries: CPG, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Technology, or Telecommunications.
• Ability to work in person at EY offices up to 50% of the time.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end decision intelligence implementations for clients.
• Capture and translate business requirements and transformation goals.
• Analyze current-state supply chain processes and define future-state designs.
• Oversee data migration activities with a focus on data integrity.
• Guide stakeholders across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Configure decision intelligence apps per requirements and lead testing phases.
• Produce project documentation, including functional/technical specs and training materials.
• Lead training strategy to enable user adoption of the solutions.
• Provide post go-live support to ensure sustained value realization.
• Manage project resources and budgets for delivery excellence.
• Mentor and develop junior team members and foster a learning culture.
• Participate in program governance and change enablement activities.
• Support business development with proposals, budgets, and work plans.
• Travel as needed to support client engagements.
