Job summary

EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead teams delivering decision intelligence solutions for clients. You will manage end-to-end implementations of platforms like Aera and Palantir, translate business requirements, and drive process optimization across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.

You will work with executive stakeholders, contribute to practice development and sales activities, and lead training and post go-live support while traveling up to 50% as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience (or 4 years with graduate degree).
• Deep experience in supply chain management, analytics, or decision intelligence platforms.
• Two to three years of implementing decision intelligence or analytics solutions (e.g., Aera, Palantir).
• Experience with SAP S4, Oracle Fusion Cloud, or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of decision intelligence platforms.
• Document business requirements and translate them into design and transformation goals.
• Analyze current-state processes and define future-state improvements.
• Oversee data migration from a supply chain perspective.
• Engage stakeholders and guide users and development teams across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
