Job summary

EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead end-to-end implementations for clients, guiding teams through requirements, design, testing and go-live. You will collaborate with executive stakeholders, optimize supply chain processes, and ensure successful adoption of decision intelligence tools.

You’ll oversee data migration, configuration, and training, while shaping project governance and strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field and 5+ years of related work experience.
• Deep experience in supply chain analytics or decision intelligence platforms.
• 2–3 years implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions (e.g., Aera, Palantir).
• Experience with ERP solutions (SAP S4, Oracle Fusion Cloud) to manage supply chain processes or analysis.
• At least one full lifecycle implementation of a decision intelligence platform (requirements, design, testing, go-live, support).
• Ability to work in person at EY office and/or client location up to 50% of the time.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end decision intelligence implementations for clients, including estimation, initiation, planning, design, build and deployment.
• Capture and translate business requirements and transformation goals for supply chain projects.
• Partner with clients to analyze current-state processes and define future-state designs.
• Oversee data migration from a supply chain perspective with data integrity.
• Engage stakeholders and guide teams on issues across planning, procurement, inventory and logistics.
• Configure decision intelligence applications and lead testing phases.
• Develop project documentation, including functional and technical specs, test scripts and training materials.
• Lead training strategy to enable user adoption and ensure value realization.
• Provide post go-live support and help drive ongoing improvements.
• Manage resources and budgets to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
• Guide teams through requirements, design, prototyping, testing, training and support procedures.
• Participate in program governance and change enablement activities.
• Support practice leadership in proposals, budgets and work plans.
• Travel as needed to support client engagements.
