EY in the United States is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead teams delivering transformative decision intelligence solutions for clients. You will oversee end-to-end implementations of platforms such as Aera and Palantir, and work with executive stakeholders to align technology with business goals.

This role involves process optimization, data migration, training, and post-go-live support while guiding project governance and risk management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering, SCM, or related field.
• 5+ years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and 4 years of related work experience.
• Deep experience in supply chain management, analytics, or decision intelligence platforms.
• 2–3 years of experience implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions (e.g., Aera, Palantir).
• Experience with ERP solutions (SAP S4, Oracle Fusion Cloud, etc.) to manage supply chain processes or perform supply chain analysis.
• At least one full lifecycle implementation of a decision intelligence platform in the last 3 years.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end implementations of decision intelligence platforms (e.g., Aera, Palantir).
• Capture and translate business requirements and design transformation goals for supply chain projects.
• Analyze current-state processes and define future-state processes.
• Oversee data migration activities and ensure data readiness.
• Guide stakeholders and teams on implementation across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
