EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead teams delivering transformative decision intelligence solutions. You will work with executive stakeholders, influence practice development, and drive adoption across planning, procurement, inventory and logistics.

The role requires strong leadership and hands-on experience with platforms like Aera or Palantir. The position offers travel to client locations up to 50% and opportunities to shape a better working world within EY’s

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of work experience (or a graduate degree with 4+ years).
• Deep experience in supply chain management, analytics or decision intelligence platforms.
• 2–3 years implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions (e.g., Aera, Palantir).
• Experience with ERP solutions (SAP S4, Oracle Fusion Cloud) to manage supply chain processes or analysis.
• At least one recent full lifecycle implementation of a decision intelligence platform (requirements gathering, design, go-live, support).
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end implementation of decision intelligence platforms, including estimation, initiation, planning, design, build and deployment.
• Capture and translate business requirements, system design, and transformation goals.
• Analyze current-state processes and define future-state processes aligned with objectives.
• Oversee data migration activities and ensure data readiness for decision intelligence tools.
• Guide users and development teams on implementation issues across planning, procurement, inventory and logistics.
