Job summary

Olin Chemicals is seeking a Supply Chain COE Intern for May–August 2027 in Houston, TX. You will work across COE teams on procurement, logistics, master data, and contract management, delivering hands-on projects and supporting ISC activities.

Requirements include enrollment in a supply chain, operations, or business degree; GPA 3.0 or higher; sophomore year completed; ability to work full-time (40 hours/week); US driver's license; and eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• GPA 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale at all times; transcript required.
• Sophomore year completed (60+ credits) before first rotation.
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week) May–August 2027.
• Valid US driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead at least three hands-on projects during the term.
• Assist with ISC improvement and productivity projects.
• Learn ISC COE activities for development and improvement.

Title: Supply Chain COE Intern (May-August 2027)

Location: Houston, Texas (Near Katy, Texas)

Salary: $25.00 / hour for undergraduate students; $33.00 / hour for graduate students

Housing Stipend Available

Focus: The Supply Chain COE (Center of Excellence) Intern works across all the COE teams including Improvement, Procurement Support, Master Data, SMS/Contract Management and Site Procurement. Responsibilities will include areas like Procurement and/or Logistics Operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a minimum of three hands-on projects throughout the term, to be defined at the beginning of the rotation based on department and business need
• Assist with specific improvement and productivity projects with respective Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) COE specialists
• Learn and support specific ISC COE activities for development and improvement purposes
• Assist in the improvement and/or development of ISC reporting and Key Performance Indicators
• Provide support across all ISC COE teams on specific goals and activities

What You’ll Bring:

• Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in an undergraduate or graduate Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or business-related degree program (or pending enrollment in a Master's program in one of these disciplines)
• Must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale at all times throughout your time at Olin. An official transcript will be required each term. Cumulative GPA on current institution transcript will be used in transfer college situations.
• Must have completed sophomore year (or 60 completed credit hours) prior to first rotation with Olin
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours a week during normal business hours) May-August 2027. Not eligible for virtual work.
• A valid US Driver's license is required*
