Olin is seeking a Human Resources Intern in Lake Jackson, TX. This role is open to undergraduates and graduates, with pay set at $25.00/hour for undergrads and up to $33.00/hour for grads.
The intern will assist HRBPs on initiatives like performance management, recruitment, total rewards, and other operations. You will support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, metrics reporting, and documentation, with part-time 20-hour-per-week availability and no virtual-work option.

Focus: The Human Resources Intern will work with Human Resources Business Partners on key initiatives and organizational success. This will support performance management, recruitment activities, total rewards, and other operations.
