Job summary

CJ Schwan’s is seeking a Business Development Systems Analyst – Reporting & Analytics to turn data into actionable insights across the supply chain. You will create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI tools, while ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, automate processes, and support testing and rollout of new reporting solutions, with exposure to ERP systems and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in reporting, analytics, information systems or supply chain.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data validation abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills with lookups and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and enhance supply chain reports and dashboards.
• Monitor data accuracy; troubleshoot reporting issues.
• Validate and reconcile data for reliable insights.
• Gather requirements and develop reporting solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting processes.
• Partner with Supply Chain and IT to resolve data challenges.
• Support testing, validation, and implementation of new reports.
• Maintain reporting documentation and data definitions.
• Provide user training on reporting tools.
• Support master data management and continuous improvement.
