Job summary

CJ Schwan's is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to lead demand management and create accurate weekly forecasts for multiple product lines. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and operations to collect inputs, refine assumptions, and produce dependable forecasts that guide production and distribution decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of demand planning or forecasting experience.
• Experience with forecasting tools and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Blue Yonder forecasting system.

Responsibilities

• Examine historical shipments and use forecast tools to build forecasts.
• Collect input from Sales, Marketing, and geography for forecasts.
• Track actual demand vs. forecast and reduce bias.
• Support new forecasting software implementation and training.
• Improve forecasting accuracy and tool proficiency.
