CJ Schwan’s is hiring a Sr. Financial Analyst to support the Transportation team at the corporate headquarters.

The role focuses on transforming raw data into meaningful insights, building automated reports in Excel and Power BI, and delivering financial forecasting and analysis for logistics and supply chain operations. The candidate should bring strong Excel, Power Query, and Power BI experience, plus familiarity with transportation cost models and SAP BEx.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years of related financial analysis experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation.
• Familiarity with transportation cost models (TL, LTL, ocean, parcel).
• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP).
• Strong Power Query and Power BI skills; PivotTables and Pivot Charts.

Responsibilities

• Transform financial and operational data into actionable insights.
• Develop queries from multiple data sources and automate reporting in Excel and Power BI.
• Forecast, analyze and interpret financial data including P&L, cost analysis, and depreciation.
• Support end-to-end month-end activities: accruals, adjustments, allocations.
• Partner with Transportation leadership, communicating recommendations and variances.
