CJ Schwan’s Company in Minnesota is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join the Logistics and Supply Chain team at our corporate headquarters.

You will conduct and document complex financial analyses, transform data into actionable insights, and support the Transportation group with forecasting, reporting, and ad-hoc projects. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial analysis, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and familiarity with transportation cost models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years of related financial analysis experience.
• Familiarity with transportation cost models.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, and data transformation skills.
• Experience with SAP BEx and logistics analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Transform financial and operational data into actionable insights.
• Forecast, report, and analyze financial and operating data including P&L, cost analyses, and depreciation.
• Support end-of-month accounting activities with accruals and adjustments.
• Partner with Transportation leadership to advise on budget-to-actual variances.
• Mentor lower-level staff and assist other teams on financial matters.
