Job summary

CJ Schwan’s is seeking a strategic Retail Sales Reporting & Analytics Manager to lead the sales reporting and BI across our Retail business. You will transform ERP, syndicated, and customer data into actionable insights to guide senior leaders and shape commercial strategy.

You'll build scalable reporting capabilities, establish a trusted single source of truth, and drive a data-driven culture with measurable business impact. This role reports as an individual contributor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred for leadership track.
• 5+ years in sales analytics, BI, or related analytical role in consumer-packaged goods or similar.
• Experience with Circana or syndicated data a plus; ability to translate data into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Retail sales reporting and analytics processes with accurate, timely insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI reporting, and scorecards for sales performance and trends.
• Analyze ERP, syndicated, and sales data to deliver actionable insights for Commercial teams.
• Translate data findings into clear business recommendations for senior leaders.
• Partner with Sales, Category Management, RGM, Finance, IT to support planning and forecasting.
• Improve data quality and consistency to maintain a single source of truth.
