Job summary

CJ Schwan’s is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead the startup of a new greenfield manufacturing facility. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage plans and risks, and drive reporting and documentation to ensure a successful launch.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years in manufacturing/supply chain with project management experience and SAP proficiency. This role offers a competitive base salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance.
• 2-5 years of related manufacturing and supply chain experience; SAP preferred.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Launch and support the startup of a new greenfield manufacturing facility.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and issue resolution with status updates to leadership.
• Serve as a liaison across departments to document and communicate progress and decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports to track performance and KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to drive alignment and execution of startup activities.
• Support process improvement through documentation, training, user support, and best practices.
• Champion Lean methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
