Job summary

DigiKey Electronics in Minnesota is seeking a Supplier Returns Associate to process non-conforming and failure analysis tags, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to secure credits. This essential onsite role requires regular attendance and a one-year training commitment.

You will log and track returns, obtain RMAs, work with PDC and supplier service reps, build relationships, and prepare status reports.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent number association and data entry skills.
• Proficient in email etiquette and MS Outlook.
• Able to multi-task and adapt to changing requests.

Responsibilities

• Log, track and return nonconforming product.
• Assist with Conforming Returns and Scraps.
• Coordinate RMAs with external suppliers and internal teams.
• Prepare reports on nonconforming product status.
• Verify credits with Accounts Payable and supplier invoices.
• Serve as DigiKey contact for assigned suppliers.
