Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process inventory returned from customer jobs.
• Identify and document returned parts, quantities, shortages, incorrect items, and damaged materials.
• Update the inventory management system to reflect returns and discrepancies.
• Tear down old assembly units following established procedures.
• Label and repackage reusable components for future use.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and Field Engineers to resolve missing or damaged inventory.
• Serve as the primary contact for site-specific returned inventory needed by testing team.
• Maintain an organized returns area and assist with inventory cycle counts.
