Job summary

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in a relevant field with hands-on learning interest.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and with others.
• Willingness to take initiative and collaborate in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn supplier relationship management end-to-end and performance tracking.
• Analyze supplier data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for availability.
• Support communication updates and resource development with DigiKey and suppliers.
• Gain exposure to contract terms, compliance, and inventory strategies affecting performance.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance supplier programs.
• Assist with daily tasks and project work in the assigned department.
• Contribute in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
