Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree plus years of experience as listed or 10+ years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience leading Receiving Inspection and Supplier Quality teams preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to the area Group Leader and inspection teams.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with IVS Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations Quality.
• Develop and oversee inspection plans and Lean/Tier activities.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost KPIs for the area.
• Lead daily standups, status reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage staffing requirements and safety/5S/ESD/FOD compliance.
