Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality, or a related discipline, and 6 years of directly related experience; or a Graduate Degree and 4 years of directly related experience; or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Represent the site within the enterprise Supplier Quality strategy and coordinate supplier quality resources to support site needs.
• Visit suppliers to review product and process issues and drive corrective actions to improve quality.
• Contribute to Early Supplier Engagements and Control Plan activity to ensure readiness and compliance.
• Interface with internal and external customers to verify requirements are met and analyze supplier processes for PO/engineering compliance.
