Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; graduate degree with 4+ years is acceptable.
• Experience in AS9100 quality management and RCCA activities.
• Experience interfacing with U.S. government agencies and prime aerospace customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead program quality execution across all product lifecycle phases.
• Support design/process development and risk mitigation with cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and AS9100 compliance.
• Lead RCCA to resolve technical/operational issues.
• Ensure adherence to customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements.
• Develop Zero Defect projects to improve yield and reduce risk.
• Interface QA leadership with program teams and travel up to 10%.
