The role focuses on driving continual process and product improvement, ensuring product integrity, and delivering customer satisfaction on mission-critical programs. You will oversee AS9100/ISO/Regulatory compliance, audits, and corrective actions while collaborating with engineering, production, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years minimum related experience in Quality.
• 7+ years in quality with AS9100/ISO9001 compliance.
• AS9100 auditor certification or equivalent training.
• Experience with ATPs and FAI and government regulations (FAR/DFAR/ITAR).
• Ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance for a manufacturing line for Counter UxS systems.
• Develop and maintain QA protocols to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Oversee AS9100 certification process and ongoing compliance.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain to address quality issues.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvements.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate quality performance to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain QA documentation and procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives; travel up to 10%.
