Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Londonderry, NH, is hiring an Associate Manager, Operations Management (L4) to lead manufacturing teams, improve material flow, and drive cost, quality, and delivery improvements.

You will partner with QE, ME, and planners, manage the daily build plan, and push Lean initiatives to reduce waste while meeting daily objectives. This on-site role requires a Bachelor’s degree with extensive experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with ≥7 years related experience; Graduate Degree with ≥5 years.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 11 years related experience.
• Experience in Operations, Project Management and/or Program Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to Production Supervisors, Group Leaders, and team members.
• Oversee daily production plan execution and ensure on-schedule deliveries.
• Communicate goals clearly and develop effective daily production plans.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost KPIs and Lean initiatives.
• Lead staffing evaluations and align headcount with production needs.
• Review performance boards and lead daily standups and reviews.
• Ensure adherence to work instructions, routers, and training matrices.
• Prepare and present monthly product and program status reports.
